fluff continued...

Well here is my five cents worth of fluff!

detail fluff...

Here are some nicer photographs, with some details of Alta Stegmann paintings that she exhibited at FLUFF. Just to let you know, Alta had a sell-out with her paintings! And she sold many of her limited prints! So CONGRATULATIONS Alta - think it made a really good end of year I would say! =)

Well I cannot actually believe that the opening is done and dusted. It all feels like a dream... But we are all very happy! We had a terrific turn-out - one could almost not move in the gallery space, which might not be too comfortable, but really great for us! And I have to thank everyone, including Mary who came from Port Elizabeth for the opening (and a bit of Cape Town shopping), everyone who got baby sitters, everyone from Cape Town, and everyone that made the effort in coming! We love you all!!!! ; ) So now here are a couple of pics:

As murphy has it, NO ONE took photographs on the actual evening with the lights and action (somehow no camera), so these pics were taken whilst setting up. So if I get hold of any others I will post them again.

just another day...

Well I am doing a lot better! The exam is also over and done with.... and TOMORROW will be just another day... that we open our FLUFF exhibition! http://fluffexhibition.blogspot.com/ So still a lot of work ahead before Friday 19h00... but I am sure the time will FLYYYYYY..... So wish us good luck, as I really think we need it (well speaking for myself at least!) and then on Monday I will post some amazingly stunning photos, of course! How's that for positive thinking!!!

And please note anyone in the area, or who is keen for a bit of an outing is welcome! The map with directions is on the fluffexhibition spot above.

more than a glass and a half!

At the moment I'm running around like a headless chicken - and think I need more than a glass and a half of wine to still my nerves! I am writing an arbitration exam on Monday and then the Fluff exhibition is opening on Friday, 30 November! http://fluffexhibition.blogspot.com/

Needless to say I am much more excited about the exhibition than the exam! So lots of last minute studying and creating to do. I will keep you updated on the exhibition (as the exam will be much less visually enticing) and put a visual report on the exhibition up after the opening. So wish me well!!!

fluff & PIF

Well here is our invite for our FLUFF exhibition on 30 November 2007. I have mentioned it a few times in the past... and now the time seems to FLY! Alta has designed our invite, and the image above is the poster version. So if any of you are in the vacinity please pop-in! The blog site is also up and running - so check it out! http://fluffexhibition.blogspot.com/

Then the PIF - PAY IT FORWARD... I cannot believe I only have one taker.... does no well else want something nice and handmade? Only catch is you need to offer this to three other individuals - but you have a year to comply... so let me know if you are interested in getting onto my list - there are still two spots available!
