Happy New Year!!! Hope 2011 will be a prosperous, generous, healthy year for everyone! And going for breakfast or lunch to EAT on the Altydgedacht farmland is always a good idea any time of the year! My favourite is the salmon on rye with fried capers and cream cheese... hmmm hmmm hmmm.... And not to mention the desserts!
